As a certified welder and millwright, Andre have refined his skills in diverse welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, SMAW, and FCAW. This proficiency extends to the interpretation of engineering drawings for precise layout and assembly, ensuring adherence to stringent quality and safety standards. With extensive experience in industrial environments, Andre Butler has managed conveyor installations and maintenance at various industrial sites. He utilize stick and flux core welding techniques and effectively interpret engineering drawings for accurate layout and assembly.

LEADERSHIP IN MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION::

As a Lead Welder and Millwright, Andre has performed maintenance and construction welding across multiple plants. Proficient in MIG, TIG, stick, and flux core processes, he is responsible for layout planning and structural steel welding, ensuring all processes meet stringent quality standards.

TANK AND ALUMINUM WELDING:

Specializing in tank welding and aluminum welding for various projects, Andre has successfully passed comprehensive SMAW and FCAW welding tests. His work involves handling different metals and thicknesses, ensuring compliance with all project specifications and welding standards.

WELDER AND FABRICATOR:

In his role as a Welder/Fabricator, he perform stainless steel stick welding and FCAW. He is responsible for the demolition and reconstruction of metal structures, ensuring all welds meet inspection standards. His expertise extends to fabricating ladders and other components, focusing on precise welding of thin materials and adherence to safety codes.
